Privacy Policy

Updated October 4, 2026

This notice explains how information is handled when you visit leslielegrandlaw.com or request a consultation through this website.

Information You Provide

Our consultation forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, and a brief message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss possible representation, and communicate with you about your matter.

Please share only a brief description through the website. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, evidence files, or other sensitive or confidential material. Sending a form does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Who Receives Consultation Requests

Leslie LeGrand, the firm’s owner and only attorney, is the recipient of consultation-request emails. Submissions are also stored in the website’s administrative system. Website administrators and technology providers may have technical access necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or support these systems.

The website uses WordPress and Elementor for its pages and forms, WP Engine for hosting, Elementor’s email-delivery service to send form notifications, and GoDaddy-hosted email for the firm’s mailbox.

Retention Of Inquiry Information

The firm’s practice is to keep consultation information until the matter is resolved or the person does not become a client. Copies may exist in website submissions, email systems, delivery logs, and backups; removing a working copy does not necessarily remove every technical copy at the same time. Contact Leslie if you have questions about an inquiry or wish to request removal of information you submitted.

Website Analytics And Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and measure website actions, including successful consultation-form submissions and clicks on the firm’s phone links. Analytics may use cookies and collect page URLs, device and browser information, approximate location, and interaction data. A phone-link click is a website action; it does not tell us whether a call connected.

Our consultation-event tracking records the action and its source rather than the contents of your message. Please avoid placing personal information in page URLs. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google Analytics privacy controls.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser’s settings. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on described in its privacy controls. Private or incognito browsing does not, by itself, stop analytics collection. You may contact the firm by phone if you prefer not to use a website form.

Technical Information And Outside Links

Website, hosting, security, and email systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, referring pages, and delivery status. The site links to outside resources and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.

Questions Or Requests

To ask about this notice or request access, correction, or removal of information you provided, contact Leslie LeGrand. Please identify the inquiry without sending additional sensitive information.
